VACUUM AND ATMOSPHERE FURNACES

Providing a clean and pollution free system, vacuum is the ideal environment for heat treatment. It assures uniform heating and controlled cooling.

VPI designs and manufactures high quality vacuum furnaces in a wide range of sizes and for a variety of different applications such as induction melting, plasma nitriding, CVD, tempering, annealing, hardening, brazing, stress relieving, diffusion bonding, sintering etc.

Vacuum sintering furnace for metal injection molding process. Working temperature up to 1700 degree C or higher. Partial pressure in the 500mbar range and 6/10 bar gas quenching system. VPI is also coming out with it’s new low pressure super high quench furnace. This will allow for greater reduction in upfront and maintenance costs.

All graphite hot zone for high temperature processes up to 3000 degree C.

For Ultra High Vacuum and ultra clean processes, as required in laboratory applications, and for special treatments, as used in aerospace and aeronautic industries, VPI offers special units designed with molybdenum, inconel or tungsten hot zone, cryogenic and turbomolecular vacuum pumps and metallic seals.
